I'm Harry and I'm a personal trainer and competitive strongman with an extensive background in weightlifting, bodybuilding and functional fitness.

I believe strength training is accessible and majorly beneficial to everyone of all ages and abilities. 

My role is to guide you through your fitness journey by teaching fun ways of getting you stronger, happier and healthier.

Hello, I'm Rhi! I'm a nurse by background, but after 8 years working in the NHS across adults and children's ICU and General Practice, I retrained as a PT and threw myself into aerial circus and Strongwoman coaching.

My nursing knowledge means I have an excellent understanding of how to work with different people and can adapt exercises to suit different bodies and physical conditions. I'm a kind and compassionate coach, and will make sure you feel supported every step of the way!
